The Madness continued on Friday with a full slate of action on the men’s side as the field was whittled down to 32 teams.

The early window was pretty chalky before a wild finish to Colorado-Florida and Yale-Auburn late in the afternoon. Colorado beat Florida with a final corner jumper that rattled the rim, then Yale stunned Auburn in the biggest upset of the tournament yet – and it all happened in a matter of minutes.

    The Antelopes become the second 12-seed to defeat a No. 5 seed in this tournament. Led by Tyon Grant-Foster’s 22 points, the WAC champions pull away from the Gaels in the second half. It is the first tournament victory in school history for Grand Canyon.
